Ideal for eating a lot of calories - suppose you  need to eat a lot of calories to gain weight or if  you are an athlete who burns a lot of calories, then frequent meals is ideal for you.

 Our bodies are not designed in such a way that it can digest a large amount of proteins in one meal. It's always best for most people to keep protein to about 15-40 gms at each serving

Some people are not able to stay without eating for more than 3-4 hours and function properly . For these people, smaller frequent servings work well
