Temple Run soon to hit the big screen! According to Hollywood Reporter, the movie adaptation of the 2011 game from Imangi Studio will be done by Warner Bros. The highlighting thing is that the best selling game series Temple Run will be produced by the producer of Harry Potter series, Mr.David Heyman . The theme of the movie will be adopted from the game in which has the player taking on the role of an explorer who, having stolen an idol from a temple is chased by devilish or evil spirited monkeys.

Indiana Jones-style smartphone game Temple Run looks set to be the latest example of the form to make its way to the big screen. The hugely popular Imangi Studios title looks rather riper for celluloid conversion than the upcoming Angry Bird. Live-action or animated movie? It is yet kept undisclosed, which type it will be. Director and cast detail or target release date has not been announced. Let’s hope for a rocking visual treat from the Temple Run team.
