Undoubtly, Facebook is losing its teen users to other social network sites such as Instagram.

Facebook stated “we believe that some of the users, particularly young users are aware of actively engaging with other products and services similar to, or as a substitute for ,facebook.for example ,we believe that some of our users have reduced their engagement with other products and services such as instagram .in the event that our users increasingly engage with other products and services ,we may experience a decline in user engagement and our business could be harmed “

A major change is brought in the privacy policy for teen users .Now ,teenagers are allowed to post anything publicly which before was just limited to “friends of friend “  which was protection from strangers.Now,in most of other social networking sites such as instagram ,all are possible to share anything with as many people as possible.

Unfortunately, just a privacy change couldn’t bring back the teen users.Today most of the teens access to social networking sites through mobile or tablets .a person can access facebook through facebook mobile app.  Compared to other apps such as instagram ,in facebook a simple posting via mobile is tedious and time consuming.!
