Both men and women put immense efforts to look young and remove wrinkles. Food experts recommend you to opt for health food for healthy skin. There are few foods which you must include in your diet 

Leafy greens

Leafy greens such as spinach, kale, turnip greens, and romaine lettuce, are good sources of lutein and zeaxanthin. Studies revealed that eating such foods which is rich in these antioxidants can significantly reduce risk of AMD (age-related macular degeneration), as well as non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. Spinach has a very high ORAC (Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity). It is a measurement of a food's ability to destroy the free radicals that cause damage in your body.

Blueberries

They are great sources of antioxidants which stops early ageing and prevent cancer .apart from this, it also boosts your health

Yellow and orange root vegetables

Carrots, sweet potatoes, pumpkins, and squash contain beta-carotene. These antioxidants are good for skin and eyes

Broccoli

It contains an antioxidant called Quercetin. It is a natural anti- inflammatory agent as well as fight against the causes of aging

Aloe Vera

Aloe Vera is well known for its benefits for skin .it has anti ageing properties .studies have shown that Aloe Vera can heal skin and reverse ageing. Collagen helps in keeping the skin firm and elastic. Ageing breaks down the collagen matrix in your skin which leads to wrinkles. Drinking aloe Vera juice is known to reduce the wrinkle depth and improve skin elasticity due to increased collagen production.

Garlic

Allium is an antioxidant present in garlic and onion which is a free radical fighter, which is beneficial for skin and immunity system of your body
